Cantigny

One of my favorite places to visit in Wheaton IL. Cantigny was the weekend home of Colonel Robert McCormick of the Chicago Tribune. The grounds have extensive gardens, lovely home for touring and war museum. Pack a picnic or dine there. Additonally if you check their website they have concerts on the grounds. Last year Lt. Dan and His Band Gary Sinise from Forest Gump fame performed there. http://www.cantigny.org/
